Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any app or tool published by Ironpine Labs LLC (“Ironpine Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Ironpine Labs LLC, a Florida single-member limited liability company. If you are accessing or using our Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Effective date: April 9, 2026. Last updated: April 17, 2026 (v1.4 — updated Forge license binding management, key expiration policy, and supported language list).
Description of Service
Ironpine Labs LLC develops and publishes mobile apps, games, and developer tools, including but not limited to habit trackers, idle games, and code intelligence software. These apps and tools (“Services”) are available on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and directly from ironpinelabs.com.
Each app or tool may have its own additional terms, features, and pricing. Where app-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the app-specific terms govern for that app.
Forge-specific terms: These Terms apply to all Ironpine Labs services. Forge (the codebase intelligence developer tool, available at forge.ironpinelabs.com) is subject to these Terms plus the Forge-specific provisions in the Software Licenses and Export Compliance sections below. The Forge terms govern Forge licensing, machine binding, and license validation for Forge users; mobile app terms govern mobile app subscriptions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice for significant changes.
User Accounts
Account creation
Most features of our Services require you to create an account using a valid email address. You may also be able to create an account using a supported third-party login provider (such as Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In) where available.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
Age requirement
Our Services are designed for users 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not use our Services. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to be under 18.
One account per user
You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions, suspensions, or free trial limitations.
Subscription Services
Premium features
Certain features within our Services (“Premium Features”) require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are available on monthly and annual billing cycles. Current pricing for each app is displayed within the app and on the app’s page at ironpinelabs.com.
As of the effective date of these Terms, Pith is priced at:
- Monthly: $4.99/month
- Annual: $29.99/year
Prices may change. We will provide notice of price changes as described in the Changes to These Terms section.
Billing and payment
All subscriptions are billed through Apple (for App Store purchases) or Google (for Google Play purchases). Your payment method on file with Apple or Google will be charged at the start of each billing period.
We do not directly process or store your payment card information. All billing disputes must be directed to Apple or Google, as applicable.
Auto-renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us (through Apple or Google) to charge your payment method for each renewal period.
To cancel: Manage your subscription through your Apple ID (Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions) or Google Play account (Play Store > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Premium Features until then.
Price changes
We will notify you of subscription price changes at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect, you authorize us to charge the new price at your next renewal.
Free Trials
Where offered, our apps include a 7-day free trial of Premium Features for new subscribers.
- The free trial begins when you start your subscription through Apple or Google
- No charge is made during the trial period
- At the end of the trial period, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends
- To avoid being charged: Cancel your subscription through Apple or Google before the trial expires
- Free trials are available only once per Apple ID or Google account. Creating a new account to obtain additional free trials is prohibited.
Refund Policy
Ironpine Labs LLC does not directly process refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases. Refunds are managed by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies:
- Apple: Submit a refund request at reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google: Request a refund through Google Play per Google’s refund policy
We cannot override or supplement Apple’s or Google’s refund decisions. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact [email protected] and we will assist where we are able.
Virtual Currency and In-App Purchases
Virtual currency (coins)
Some of our apps include virtual currency (referred to as “coins” or similar names) that can be earned through gameplay or purchased using real money. Virtual currency:
- Has no real-money value and cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalents
- Is non-transferable — you cannot send, trade, or gift virtual currency to other users
- Is non-refundable once spent within the app, except as required by applicable law
- Expires upon account deletion or termination
- Is a limited license — you do not own virtual currency; you own a limited, revocable license to use it within the app
Virtual goods and content
Items, cosmetics, creature evolutions, and other in-app content (“Virtual Goods”) purchased or earned within our apps:
- Are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within the app only
- Cannot be sold, traded, or transferred to other users
- May be modified, discontinued, or rebalanced by Ironpine Labs at any time, for any reason, without compensation
- Are forfeited upon account deletion or termination
Economy modifications
We reserve the right to modify the virtual economy at any time, including pricing, earn rates, and conversion ratios. Such modifications are not grounds for a refund of previously spent real money.
Advertising
Some of our games include optional rewarded video advertisements. You choose whether to watch ads in exchange for in-game currency. We do not display forced, banner, or interstitial advertisements in any of our apps or games. Our developer tools contain no advertisements of any kind.
Software Licenses
Forge and other developer tools published by Ironpine Labs are licensed, not sold. A license grants you the right to use the software subject to the terms below. Licenses are non-transferable and personal — license keys are for your use only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
Forge license tiers and scope
| Tier | License scope | Machine limit |
|---|---|---|
| Solo | 1 named user | 1 primary machine |
| Pro | 1 named user | Up to 3 machines |
| Team | N named users (one per purchased seat) | Unlimited machines within your organization |
| Air-Gapped | N named users (minimum 3) | As specified in your contract |
A “machine” is a device on which Forge is activated using your license key. Activating Forge on a machine counts against your machine limit. Use forge deactivate to free a machine slot before activating on a new device. You may also manage machine bindings through the customer portal at forge.ironpinelabs.com/portal.
Machine bindings that have not contacted Ironpine Labs’ servers in 90 days may be automatically removed when you activate on a new device.
Ephemeral environments (CI runners, GitHub Codespaces, Docker containers, VS Code devcontainers) are automatically detected and do not consume a machine seat.
License key expiration and renewal
License key behavior differs by tier:
- Solo, Pro, and Team tiers (online): License keys are issued once at subscription start and have long validity. Your subscription status is enforced by the weekly health check — if your subscription lapses, Forge will degrade to Community Mode at the next health check. You do not need to re-enter a license key when your subscription renews.
- Air-Gapped tier: License keys expire annually and are re-issued upon renewal. You will receive your new key by email before your current key expires.
License validation
Forge uses offline cryptographic license validation (Ed25519). For licensed installations (excluding Air-Gapped tier), Forge periodically transmits a license health check to verify your license remains in good standing. The health check transmits your license hash, Forge version, and operating system platform only — never your code, queries, or file contents. For details see our privacy policy.
License revocation
We may revoke your license immediately and without prior notice if:
- You violate these Terms, including by sharing license keys
- A refund or chargeback is processed on your payment
- Your subscription is cancelled or payment fails
Upon revocation, Forge degrades to Community Mode (demonstration mode with limited features). You must cease using paid features immediately upon revocation.
Prohibition on circumvention
You may not attempt to:
- Circumvent, disable, or bypass Forge’s license validation mechanisms
- Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from Forge
- Modify Forge’s binary to remove or alter license enforcement
- Generate, forge, or distribute unauthorized license keys
Violation of this prohibition is a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and applicable state law.
Community Mode
Forge includes a demonstration mode (“Community Mode”) that provides limited functionality without a paid license. Community Mode is not a free product. It is a demonstration to allow evaluation of Forge’s core search features. Community Mode is limited to 1 repository, 3 CLI tools, and 100 queries per day. Using automated tools or scripts to circumvent Community Mode rate limits is prohibited.
Supported languages
Forge provides codebase intelligence for the following languages: Rust, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and Go. Support for additional languages may be added in future releases.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
Ironpine Labs LLC owns all right, title, and interest in and to our Services, including but not limited to:
- All software code, algorithms, and architecture
- All creature designs, artwork, animations, and visual assets
- All audio, music, and sound effects
- All written content, copy, and user interface text
- All trademarks, service marks, and logos
- All game mechanics, systems, and designs
These are protected by United States copyright law, trademark law, and applicable international intellectual property treaties.
Limited license to users
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and install our apps on devices you own or control
- Use our Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes
- Access and use Premium Features for the duration of your active subscription
This license does not include the right to sublicense, distribute, copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any part of our Services.
User content
Our current apps do not collect or publish user-generated content visible to other users. To the extent you submit any content to us (such as support requests or feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to improve our Services.
User Conduct
By using our Services, you agree not to:
- Reverse engineer any part of our Services, including attempting to extract source code, assets, or proprietary algorithms from any Ironpine Labs software binary
- Circumvent license enforcement — attempt to bypass, disable, or remove license validation, subscription verification, or any security measure in Forge or any other Ironpine Labs tool
- Use our Services commercially — resell, sublicense, or monetize access to our Services or any content within them
- Automate access — use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with our apps, create accounts, or farm virtual currency
- Interfere with operations — upload malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise disrupt our Services or servers
- Impersonate Ironpine Labs, our employees, or other users
- Violate any law — use our Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including export control laws
- Exploit bugs — use known bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics to gain unfair advantages or virtual currency; report exploits to [email protected] instead
Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
Export Compliance
Forge uses standard cryptographic libraries, including Ed25519 digital signatures, which may be subject to export restrictions under the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and potentially the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) in certain jurisdictions.
Your responsibilities:
- You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable export control laws, regulations, and orders, including EAR and ITAR, in your jurisdiction
- You represent that you are not located in, and will not use our Services in, any country subject to a U.S. government embargo or sanctions program administered by OFAC
- You represent that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties (including the Specially Designated Nationals list)
- If you are deploying Forge in a regulated environment (defense, government, classified), you are responsible for determining the applicable compliance requirements for your use case
Ironpine Labs makes no representation that any of its Services are appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to comply with local laws.
Termination
Termination by Ironpine Labs
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you:
- Violate any provision of these Terms
- Use our Services in a manner that could harm other users or Ironpine Labs
- Engage in fraudulent activity, including abuse of free trials or refund processes
- Are found to be under 18 years of age
Upon termination by Ironpine Labs for cause, you are not entitled to a refund of any subscription fees for the remaining period. For Forge licenses: your license key is revoked upon termination, and you must immediately cease use of Forge’s paid features.
Termination by you
You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Account > Delete Account within the app.
When you delete your account:
- Your account enters a 30-day soft-delete recovery window. During this period, you can restore your account by logging back in.
- After 30 days, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.
- Any active subscription is not automatically cancelled — you must separately cancel through Apple or Google to avoid future charges.

No guarantee of uptime
We make no guarantee of continuous availability. Planned maintenance, unexpected outages, and third-party service failures may cause temporary interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Ironpine Labs LLC’s total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our Services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $50.00 USD.
In no event shall Ironpine Labs LLC be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ironpine Labs LLC and its officers, members, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- Your use of our Services

- Any content you submit to us

We reserve the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at our expense. You agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Informal resolution first
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
Binding arbitration
If informal resolution fails, and subject to the exceptions below, you and Ironpine Labs agree to resolve all disputes through binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. This means:
- No class actions. You may bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as a class member in any purported class action.
- No jury trial. You waive the right to a jury trial.
- Arbitration will take place in Florida, or by telephone or video if you prefer.
- The arbitrator’s decision is binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Exceptions to arbitration
The following disputes are excluded from arbitration and may be brought in court:
- Claims that qualify for small claims court in your jurisdiction
- Claims involving Ironpine Labs’ intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, trade secrets, or patents)
- Requests for emergency injunctive relief to prevent immediate irreparable harm
Opt-out
You may opt out of binding arbitration by notifying us in writing at [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your opt-out must include your name and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
Jurisdiction (for non-arbitrated claims)
For claims excluded from arbitration or if arbitration is not enforceable, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes — changes that meaningfully affect your rights or obligations — we will:
- Provide at least 30 days’ notice via in-app notification
- Send an email notification to registered users
- Update the version number and “Last Updated” date at the top of this document
Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using our Services and delete your account before the effective date.
